Cn - CoperniciumCopernicium

Copernicium is a synthetic, highly radioactive element, first produced in a laboratory in 1996 by bombarding a lead target with zinc nuclei. Only a few atoms have ever been made, and they decay within seconds, so its chemistry can be studied only through specialized experiments. Those experiments show that copernicium is unusually volatile, but its bulk physical properties have not been measured. Calculations suggest it may be a gas or a volatile liquid under ordinary conditions; its exact state and other material properties remain predictions, not established observations.
